The wild card round was only 2 games but in those 2 games, Muncy was the same Muncy seen throughout the season. He walked twice in the series both in game 1 he also struck out 4 times. Walks and strikeouts have been the constant theme for Muncy and the Wild Card series provided more of the same. He didn’t have any hits in the 2 games, Sure we could chalk this up to a small sample size but is it really? If the Dodgers want to win the World Series they are going to need the Muncy that played against the A’s.
