We look at how Chris Taylor did this week playing against the Astros, from which he had 1 RBI and on Thursdays game against Arizona, he went 0-3. Unlike yesterday, in which he went 2-3. With a batting average of .240 and a total of 2 RBI this season, it is questioned how he will do the rest of the season. It has barely been a week since baseball started, at this point in time everything counts. Taylor is a versatile player, which has made him a good standing player along side Kike Hernandez. The batters have definitely left something to be desired, as they have not been the best this starting season.
Will they improve their numbers? I think they will as many have been known for starting the season a bit rocky and then later on improved tremendously, but the fact that this season is cut short does not work in their favor.
