It’s been another MVP-week for Mookie! He keeps doing it all for the postseason-bound Los Angeles Dodgers. He also outperformed Fernando Tatis, Jr, an MVP-candidate as well, in this week’s crucial series against the San Diego Padres.
Betts stole 3 bases on Wednesday against the Padres, sparking the boys in blue to the series-win. It was the first time a Dodger stole 3 bases in a game since Trayce Thompson did it in 2016. It was the second time Mookie has done it in his career.
There’s only 9 games left in the regular season so hopefully Mookie can pad some stats this weekend at Coors Field and separate himself in the MVP race.
