Brusdar Graterol was a big piece to the Dodgers winning the World Series much bigger than people probably think. Brusdar finished 1-2 appearing in 23 games and started 2 of those games. Finishing with a 3.09 ERA and 23 1/3 innings pitched. 13 Ks on the season and a 0.90 WHIP.

Bazooka’s most likely fan-favorite moment was probably him crazily celebrating Cody Bellinger’s home run robbery of Tatis Jr. in the NLDS. That would’ve given them the lead and most likely a win in that game. That was a pivotal part in the series and the 2020 playoffs.

In his Debut he came into the to close the 9th inning against the San Francisco in July 23rd. Later in the season Brusdar broke his chain while throwing a 101mph fastball. That was funny to see him break his chain while casually throwing major heat.

I’ll leave you with something to contemplate. Could Brusdar fill the void the Dodgers have for a closer pitcher? Just something to leave you thinking with.
