Max Muncy had a rough week, but he’s also had a bad year especially by his standards. He went 3-19(.158) No home runs or Rbi’s, he also struck out 8 times, but he did walk 5 which is something he’s done all year, lead the team in walks and strikeouts. It’s been a weird year for Muncy. He hasn’t chased pitches out of the zone much, 2nd on the team in percentage behind Smith, but that means he’s swinging and missing inside the zone. When he has made contact it isn’t exactly hard contact either. At this point, this is just how his season will go. They are at the home stretch now so lets hope he has better weeks ahead.
