J. T. – SILVER SCREEN GEMS

J. T.  is back. He is totally alone at the hot corner. He is paid 34 million dollars to stay home.

That’s the tagline from the breakout 1982 film from famed auteur Steven Spielburg.

Here’s is an excerpt from that beloved classic film:

News Media: [about J.T.] Did you explain the shift to him?

Andrew Friedman: How do you explain the shift to a higher intelligence?

News Media: Maybe he’s not that smart. Maybe he’s a worker bee who only knows how to push buttons.

Andrew Friedman: He’s too smart.

News Media: All right. I just hope we don’t wake up at Citi Field or somethin’ surrounded by millions of little squashy guys.

Presented in a double feature with THE 40-YEAR OLD MVP.
